Is Fitness+ worth buying ?

Hi everyone,
I'm a student who did some homework out with a lot of cardio, workout with body weight, then I went to a gym, but I had to quit since I've changed country and I'm planning to return to the gym when I'm going back. So I returned to my old workout routine but the homesickness put me in a little depression and I couldn't keep up. So I was thinking that maybe I could buy Apple Fitness+ to regain motivation, and maybe use it later for the rest day when I don't go for the gym
My main objective is to build muscle and gain mass, gain a little more cardio, and fix my back problem
Do you think it's worth buying for my case ?Is there light exercices for the rest day ?

I love Apple fitness+. There are all different kinds of fitness classes. You can’t select the intensity though. I’d suggest you try it for 3 months free to see if you like it. Having an Apple Watch makes it nicer as you can see your own personal metrics on screen.
